What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of archive re-organization project for document control.
• Apply 5S and Kanban systems to improve laboratory inventory and workflows.
• Analyze QA/QC processes to create visual flows and update SOPs.
• Support Quality Management System through document control and compliance activities.
• Document efficient workflows and maintain inventory standards for lab efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently attending Missouri Western State University.
• Completed at least one year of study in technical or science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or Quality Management).
• Strong analysis and problem-assessment skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication for SOPs and project updates.
• High attention to detail and ability to work individually or in teams.

Nice to have

• Interest in Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence methodologies.
