What you will do

• Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
• Perform due diligence (CDD/EDD) investigations to determine the source of funds.
• Investigate fraud patterns and handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
• Monitor user activities, adjust accounts, and generate various financial reports.
• Communicate with internal and external parties regarding fraud concerns and verifications.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Availability to work on 24/7 shifts.
• Previous experience in the Finance field.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and internet applications.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
