What you will do

• Build partnerships with AI Product, Product Management, Engineering, and business teams to define AI solution requirements.
• Lead and refine AI model development roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate AI risks, ensuring governance, compliance, and ethical deployment.
• Enable model development by bridging gaps in technology, data, and skills for timely delivery.
• Standardize experimentation processes including documentation, validation, and evaluation.
• Provide technical reviews, guidance, and collaborate on production integration and monitoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or related fields
• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, ML, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Experience managing data science/AI teams, including mentoring and process development
• Productionization of AI models and engineering collaboration for deployment
• Expertise in advanced AI/ML methods (NLP, time-series, CV, recommender systems, RL)
• Strong Python experience building/deploying ML models in cloud production environments
• ETL pipelines and data workflows for large complex datasets
