What you will do

• Lead the application of advanced data science and AI to solve non-routine, ambiguous business problems.
• Translate business objectives into scalable AI strategies that drive measurable impact across teams.
• Develop and refine new analytical methods and frameworks beyond existing standards.
• Evaluate trade-offs between model performance, explainability, risk, and cost.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, HR, Finance) as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and coach data scientists and AI practitioners to strengthen technical depth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Approximately 8 or more years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or AI.
• Proven track record of solving highly complex problems with limited precedent.
• Ability to influence outcomes across functions without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience shaping enterprise-level data or AI strategy.
• Experience mentoring senior-level peers.
