What you will do

• Lead technical development of the SaaS platform from concept to deployment
• Shape and evolve software architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Mentor the development team, fostering clean code, knowledge sharing, and best practices
• Collaborate with product and design to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate technical priorities with CTO and founders
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in SaaS, data, or AI-driven platforms
• Strong skills in TypeScript/Angular, Node.js, and cloud-based architectures (Azure or AWS)
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring developers
• Structured, pragmatic mindset for building fast or for the long term
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
