What you will do

• Define architectural blueprint for identity platform covering authentication, authorization, data flows, and security.
• Lead security strategy including encryption, MFA, session management, and compliance.
• Design authentication/authorization services with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, social login, and passwordless.
• Build scalable APIs and SDKs for integrations, with versioning, rate limiting, and documentation.
• Plan data migration, performance/scalability, monitoring, alerting, and AI automation for operations.
• Secure AI systems and integrations; mentor team, drive roadmap, and align with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years building/operating SaaS at scale.
• Deep IAM expertise, distributed systems, APIs.
• Experience in Unix/Linux, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, observability.
• AI/ML for engineering ops, AI-assisted tools, security for AI workflows.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, communication skills.
