What you will do

• Develop and execute the Hotel Property Plan, owning portfolio management from new acquisitions to divesting underperforming hotels.
• Serve as primary point of contact for major property owners and landlords.
• Review lease contracts to protect major capital investments before renewals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in a complex matrix organisation.
• Influence stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes across multi-site operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in hotel acquisitions and divestments.
• Deep understanding of the hotel market.
• Experience managing change in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence procedures and regulatory requirements for acquisitions.
• Senior leadership experience as a coach enabling teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Superb communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in matrix organisations.
• Commercial and financial analytics expertise.
