What you will do

• Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications using Fiori elements, SAPUI5, and CAP-based UIs with reusable components for responsive cross-device experiences.
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori Launchpad including spaces, pages, catalogs, and groups.
• Design and implement CAP services with CDS models, handlers, OData/REST APIs, and integrations to SAP HANA Cloud, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and external systems.
• Ensure secure authentication/authorization using IAS/XSUAA and support CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing, and DevOps standards.
• Troubleshoot performance, OData, UI, and backend issues across environments and collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and integration teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with SAP CAP (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Understanding of responsive design, Fiori patterns, UI/UX best practices, SAP BTP services (HTML5 repo, Destination Service, XSUAA/IAS, Cloud Foundry).
• Experience consuming/troubleshooting OData v2/v4 services, Git, CI/CD, and testing (QUnit/OPA5/Jest).
• 3+ years SAP development experience, 1–3+ years on BTP/CAP preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and released APIs.
• Exposure to SAP Build Work Zone, Mobile Services, APIM.
• SAP certifications (BTP, Fiori/UI5, CAP).
