What you will do

• Write, revise, and annotate promotional medical content for clinical services team.
• Identify supporting documentation, coordinate references, and check accuracy of cited information.
• Evaluate literature for appropriate references and develop writing projects.
• Develop outlines and write content tailored to target audiences in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Assist with medical, regulatory, and legal submissions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in accredited degree program, entering undergraduate junior or senior year in Fall 2025.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in medical communications, healthcare, managed markets, and healthcare delivery system.
• Leadership experience including networking and relationship building.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AMA style guide.
• Working knowledge of managed markets, healthcare, and healthcare delivery system.
