What you will do

  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks, job leveling, and pay bands to ensure organizational scalability.
  • Orchestrate SMART KPIs linked to company OKRs and manage the end-to-end performance review and calibration cycle.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Creative, Growth, Tech, and Ops to translate business goals into people outcomes.
  • Design and run employee engagement initiatives, quarterly pulses, and culture-building rituals to improve eNPS.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including structured onboarding (7-180 days) and professional offboarding.
  • Automate HR operations using modern tooling to improve SLAs, data quality, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally within fast-paced D2C, Performance Marketing, or remote-first environments.
  • Proven track record of driving end-to-end people processes in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and SaaS project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Notion.
  • Ability to use HR metrics (eNPS, turnover, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be based in Singapore for on-site work.
