What you will do

• Identify gaps in account structure, targeting, placements, bid strategies, and ad setups; research market, product, and competition for inputs.
• Optimize post-click experience including landing pages, funnels, upsells; test LPs, offers, and paths to maximize CVR and AOV.
• Define ROAS thresholds using multi-source data; create performance tracking in Google Sheets with VLOOKUPs and pivots; provide actionable analysis.
• Build testing structures for videos (VSLs, influencer); manage campaigns: monitor, scale, trim, rotate; handle weekend optimizations.
• Coordinate with VAs, Creative, Compliance, Product teams; ensure policy compliance; grow Meta spend on Feeds/Reels/Stories profitably.
• Take ownership of projects, bridge insights across accounts, contribute beyond tasks with agency and urgency.

Requirements

• Philippines-based for remote work.
• At least 4 years experience as media buyer with DTC brands.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, metrics, marketing levers.
• Strong media buying skills: ad budgets, campaign structures, manual bids.
• Project management and coordination skills; resourcefulness, organization, independence, problem-solving.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to mission-driven growth.
