What you will do

• Process incoming leads from HubSpot forms: deduplicate, validate, enrich, and route to correct accounts
• Maintain and clean contact/company data in HubSpot, import event/trade show leads using tools like Clay
• Build and upkeep landing pages/website content in HubSpot CMS, including QA across devices/browsers
• Assist with HubSpot workflows, automations, and audience segments
• Support lead routing, lifecycle management, and integrations with other tools

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in HubSpot and other CRM tools
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing or go-to-market concepts
• Structured and process-oriented way of working

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clay, Breeze AI, or ZoomInfo
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Confluence
