Location: Hybrid or office in Almaty or Belgrade

hirify.global studio is an independent gaming studio creating OneState, a mobile life simulator built in Unity, using modern technologies and refined pipelines for high visual quality and immersion.

What you will do

  • Design UI and UX for game interfaces
  • Shape user experience within game interfaces
  • Prepare layouts and assets for implementation
  • Own UI and UX features within the team
  • Create basic animations for UI elements and design flat-style icons
  • Build interactive prototypes in Figma and implement UI in Unity UGUI
  • Write technical documentation, research product issues, propose solutions, and run tests

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with design systems including Atomic Design and Design Tokens
  • Strong understanding of game UI specifics and UX principles
  • Basic understanding of UI implementation in Unity
  • Understanding of iOS and Android guidelines
  • Prototyping skills, ability to explain design decisions, and relevant portfolio
  • At least 2 years of experience in the game industry

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools
  • Ability to create animations using After Effects, Spine, Flash, or HTML5
  • Experience with localization
  • Awareness of current UI/UX trends
  • Experience on multiplayer games like MMO, competitive, social, or role-playing projects
