What you will do

• Own the UX/UI design of the game and ensure consistency in implementation.
• Lead and develop a team of UX/UI designers, managing goals, feedback, and hiring.
• Define and optimize design processes and standards across the product.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Direction, Game Design, and Development teams.
• Utilize research and data to drive informed design decisions.
• Perform hands-on design of complicated features from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (Onsite)
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically within the games industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing designers as direct reports.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals, system thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams and applying UX research.
• English: Professional proficiency (C1) required
