Senior PHP Developer (PHP)

Location: Remote or onsite from the office in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product backend.
• Develop and maintain internal libraries.
• Build integrations with various external systems.
• Optimize services for high-load environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial PHP experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and practical experience applying design patterns.
• Experience designing high-load systems.
• Experience with PHP-based MVC frameworks.
• Experience optimizing code and working with relational databases, key-value stores, and other data storage systems.
• Experience with PHP 8.2+, Symfony 6.4+, PHPUnit, PostgreSQL, Swagger/OpenAPI, Docker, Composer, and GitLab CI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Event Sourcing and column-oriented databases.
• Experience maintaining Swagger documentation.
• Experience collecting metrics with Prometheus and working with Grafana or Kibana.
