What you will do

• Automate executive tasks including scheduling, meeting preparation, summaries, and follow-ups.
• Design, test, and experiment with simple AI agents and workflows for real business use cases.
• Streamline repetitive tasks across emails and internal systems using available AI tools.
• Create documentation, prompt guides, and onboard team members to AI tool usage.
• Collaborate with the AI Centre of Excellence, Legal, HR, and IT operations.

Requirements

• Senior university student in their final or second-to-last year of study.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and AI tools such as MS Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Located in Espoo, Finland.
• Ability to combine technical curiosity with a practical business approach.
