What you will do

• Translate complex business needs into coherent, scalable AI architectures.
• Design multi-agent architectures to replace legacy automation systems.
• Build semantic search and RAG systems integrated with enterprise data.
• Advise clients on selecting the optimal AI platforms, LLMs, and agent harnesses for their use cases.
• Drive the long-term technical evolution of client platforms by implementing agentic AI solutions.
• Mentor employees and contribute to internal AI architecture practices and engineering assets.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of LLM-based system design, including RAG, multi-agent systems, and tool use.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Google ADK.
• Familiarity with AI platforms like Microsoft AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with LLMOps, EvalOps, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Practical programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Fluent proficiency in both Finnish and English.
