What you will do

• Architect modern web applications using TypeScript and NestJS with focus on scalable backend systems, complex domain modeling, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirements through implementation, testing, and production reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to evolve the platform.
• Drive system optimization, scalability, performance best practices, and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical excellence through architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development
• Ability to build scalable, high-performance web applications and implement optimization strategies
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks like NestJS, RESTful APIs, relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Strong advocate for AI and experience with coding tools like Claude Code or Codex
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, passion for clean code, agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Highly motivated, proactive, eager for ownership in fast-paced startup
• Fluency in English
