What you will do

• Test Agentic AI solutions involving autonomous behavior, reasoning workflows, and dynamic decision logic.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using modern QA and AI-enabled tooling.
• Analyze client ecosystems and delivery pipelines to define effective testing approaches.
• Contribute to AI consulting engagements by improving system reliability and quality gates.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, researchers, and product owners across locations.
• Participate in discovery workshops, pre-sales discussions, and technical demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on quality engineering and test automation practice.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies from the ground up.
• Proficiency in applying AI-assisted tools to testing, analysis, and daily engineering activities.
• Ability to lead or mentor small teams within quality engineering or automation streams.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
• English proficiency for daily work, documentation, and client communication.
