What you will do

• Design and improve fraud detection systems prioritizing high-risk claims and optimizing accuracy-efficiency trade-offs
• Collaborate with fraud analysts, engineers, claims handlers, and business leaders to enhance fraud detection
• Develop expertise in fraud dynamics, identify patterns like suspicious networks or anomalous behaviors, and create prevention strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in analytical fraud detection in Insurance, Finance, or Law Enforcement
• Applied knowledge of network analysis, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and segmentation for fraud problems
• Strong Python programming skills in data domain and fluent Git usage
• Knowledge of Spark, SQL or similar, proficiency with Pandas, Sklearn, Keras, XGBoost, LightGBM

Nice to have

• Experience in motor insurance
• In-depth knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune) and analytics (NetworkX, GNN) or explainability in anomaly detection
• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau or similar)
• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish
