Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (60% office, 40% home)

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven SDLC accelerators including code generation, review automation, and smart testing.
• Develop MCP-based extensions and context-aware tools to optimize developer workflows.
• Apply context engineering to enhance LLM reasoning, accuracy, and relevance.
• Build LLM-integrated CI/CD workflows for pull request analysis and deployment support.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams to identify and scale GenAI adoption opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into engineering or product workflows.
• Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience with intelligent test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support the hybrid working model.
