What you will do

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies
• Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans
• Launch marketing campaigns and evaluate success based on KPIs
• Assist in market research for new region penetration, respecting local ethics, culture, and customs
• Provide support for marketing events, exhibitions, and ongoing activities
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle delegated projects

Requirements

• Native Bahasa Indonesian speaker and excellent knowledge of English
• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics
• Strong digital marketing skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with ability to multitask; dynamic and target-oriented
