What you will do

• Provide strategic legal advice to sales, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including a growing focus on software contracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the renewable energy and information security sectors.
• Oversee corporate governance and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Handle disputes and litigation matters as necessary.
• Monitor legal developments and advise the company on potential impacts.

Requirements

• University law degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in a legal role, with 2-3 years specifically as a Legal Counsel.
• Trained in Dutch Law and proven experience in contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
