What you will do

  • Lead AI as a core business area, identifying client opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Run workshops, deep-dive analyses, and guide AI implementations from product integration to user training.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to make clients AI-driven.
  • Apply AI internally to make the company more AI-driven.
  • Own projects end-to-end, support sales efforts, and share expertise through speaking and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working with AI/GenAI in production
  • Background as software engineer, data scientist, or similar
  • Hands-on with GenAI, ML, RAG
  • Track record of complex data projects from zero to production
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, confident communicator and leader
  • MSc or PhD in Math, Engineering, Physics, or similar; located in Stockholm
