What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable systems for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Implement frameworks, tooling, and automation to safely increase development velocity.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and SQL workflows from source ingestion to downstream integration.
• Integrate data with EHR modules, micro-services, and dashboards.
• Ensure high standards of testing and observability across all data systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or ML engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with familiarity with modern data engineering frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, specifically dbt, Pyspark, Glue, and Terraform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up GCP infrastructure (Iceberg, Dataplex, Terraform).
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated industries (EHR systems).
• Specific expertise with Airflow, Airbyte, Redshift, or BigQuery.
