Financial Controller

What you will do

• Coordinate monthly financial close, analysis, and legal entity reporting with global teams.
• Oversee statutory books and ensure full compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure SOX compliance and remediation.
• Partner with the Leadership Team and FP&A to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives to drive standardization and process efficiency.
• Manage plant and production cost accounting, including standard costing and investment analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Certified accounting qualification (CPA).
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• 3–5 years of experience in a management role.
• 3–5 years of experience in plant-level accounting and standard costing systems.
• Proven experience in public accounting and/or external auditing.
