What you will do

• Provide Tier 3 technical support, identifying and resolving complex code-level and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend developers to troubleshoot and enhance Java/Spring Boot microservices and APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Build monitoring solutions and dashboards to track system performance and incident trends.
• Manage incidents to ensure the 24/7 stability of the trading platform and related systems.
• Document root cause analyses and best practices for the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering for large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Rust, with experience in Spring Boot and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Background in payment systems, fintech, or Web3 infrastructure.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, DeFi, or AI-driven systems.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for log analysis and task automation.
