Location: Remote within Australia (NW Australia, WA Australia, SA Australia, QL Australia, AC)

What you will do

• Drive customer satisfaction and own multiple customer relationships.
• Triage and escalate Falcon Intelligence Recon findings to customers.
• Guide customers on findings and provide subject matter expertise.
• Represent customer feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams for product improvements.
• Plan and lead process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, all-source analysis, and intelligence lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Knowledge of cyber threat terminology, concepts, and analysis
• Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, actors, forums, and leak sites
• Fluent in Japanese at C1 level or higher (CEFR)
• Customer service mindset, ability to work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data communication, email, networking, and enterprise security
