About the Role

You will lead a portfolio of specialized intelligence pods, directly manage and develop analysts, and remain hands-on with complex casework. You will introduce new tools and sources, close capability gaps through hiring and training, translate intelligence into operational impact, and mentor future leaders. You will prioritize and maintain analytic quality under fast, ambiguous conditions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of intelligence or investigative experience
• 3+ years directly managing teams of analysts or investigators
• Direct experience tracking illicit networks or adversary activity in at least one threat domain (financial crime national security or cybersecurity)
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics concepts and on-chain investigative methodologies
• Hands-on tracing experience is a plus and strong aptitude to learn is required
• Experience using and building with AI including designing agentic workflows or AI-augmented intelligence processes
• Proven track record guiding teams through rapid change in ambiguous fast-moving environments
• Exceptional communication skills translating complex sensitive intelligence for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing intelligence organization of analysts
• Directly manage and develop individual practitioners into team leads or managers
• Engage hands-on in complex investigations and analytic challenges
• Introduce and adopt new tools, sources, and methodologies
• Identify capability gaps and drive hiring training and org design to close them
• Translate intelligence output into impact via product partnerships and government engagements
• Mentor and serve as a thought partner to develop future intelligence leaders
• Maintain analytic quality standards through recurring product reviews
