What you will do

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, supplies, and coordination with external facility suppliers.
• Support HR administration by maintaining employee records, updating HRIS tools, and preparing payroll documents.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle: publishing job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and prepare welcome packs for new hires and interns.
• Manage the company's IT equipment fleet, specifically laptops and phones.
• Contribute to internal communications and support the organization of internal events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Eligible for a student contract in Belgium or internship through a University.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Based in or near Brussels.
• Available part-time for 3 to 6 months starting January 2026.
