TL;DR

Onsite in San Francisco office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for collaboration (hybrid required).
Expected salary range: $100K–$120K annually, based on experience and location.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions focused on AI integration.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and implement features.
- Build modular AI agents for natural language understanding, dialogue management, and action execution using LangChain or Rasa.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability.
- Stay current with software engineering and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, in-person environment (hybrid onsite in SF required).

- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with retrievers and generative models.
- Continuous learning techniques with user feedback loops and data augmentation.
