What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions focused on AI integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and implement features.
• Build modular AI agents for natural language understanding, dialogue management, and action execution using LangChain or Rasa.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability.
• Stay current with software engineering and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong foundation in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, in-person environment (hybrid onsite in SF required).

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with retrievers and generative models.
