What you will do

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform technical design: describe tasks, product use cases, and estimate effort.
• Prepare methodological materials: demos, instructions, and user guides.
• Conduct audits, analysis, optimization, and modeling of business processes.
• Test implemented functionality for key processes and reporting.

Requirements

• English: from Intermediate (B1) and above
• 5+ years as 1C Analyst.
• Experience as Functional Architect or Lead Consultant for 1C-based automated systems.
• IT or consulting experience with corporate 1C products.
• Hands-on with 1C:Holding Management and 1C:Accounting CORP.
• Portfolio with Holding Management projects involving IFRS (parallel accounting, multi-chart of accounts).
• Knowledge of 1C configuration principles, metadata objects, and functional integration.
