What you will do

• Participate in the full development lifecycle of an internal ERP product.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new modules.
• Improve existing system modules to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Work on complex integrations using REST API, ADO, and ODBC.
• Investigate and integrate new technologies beyond the standard 1C stack.
• Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 1C:Enterprise 8 development (managed forms, web client).
• Strong proficiency in Russian (upper-intermediate or higher) for daily communication.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
• Deep understanding of standard 1C platform objects and database architecture.
• Experience in financial reporting development and ACID principles.
• Proven experience in developing custom 1C applications for large-scale projects.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Standard Subsystems Library (SSL).
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
