What you will do

• Develop and execute national network development strategy aligned with goals and market trends.
• Lead and mentor regional directors and teams for consistent growth execution.
• Establish partnerships with physician groups, health systems, and payers.
• Negotiate agreements and implement value-based compensation models.
• Advise executive leadership on market dynamics and opportunities.
• Drive provider engagement via education, technology, and incentives.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Account Management teams.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and inform strategic decisions.
• Represent company at conferences and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in healthcare network development, sales leadership, or strategic growth.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-regional or national initiatives.
• Deep understanding of value-based care, risk-sharing, and healthcare economics.
• Proven ability to secure partnerships and maintain executive relationships.
• Expertise in market intelligence and performance data for strategy.
• Skills in aligning departments and stakeholders.
• 25-50% travel required.
