What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest and process data from APIs, files, and external systems.
• Develop and maintain data orchestration workflows using tools like Dagster.
• Structure datasets and transformation layers to improve usability and consistency.
• Investigate data inconsistencies, handle schema changes, and debug pipeline failures.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability checks to increase system stability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and founders to evolve the data platform.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of basic data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data pipelines or distributed systems.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Dagster, or cloud platforms.
