What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end acquisition strategies to drive player growth from core platforms into the Discord community.
  • Design and optimize onboarding experiences for a seamless journey from first click to first interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal sports owners, marketing teams, and product managers to secure visibility and exclusive offers.
  • Develop and launch creative campaigns to encourage member participation and retention.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion metrics, and retention data to refine growth strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Specialists and Associates.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
  • Proven success in building acquisition funnels and onboarding flows.
  • Deep expertise in Discord, including role management and behavior tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sports and gaming landscape.
  • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by state agencies as a condition of employment.
