TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (APAC): Partnering with leaders across APAC to design scalable team structures, talent plans, and ways of working that support high-growth and performance with an accent on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and navigating complex people decisions. Focus on coaching managers through ambiguity, driving regional people programs, and leading change initiatives in a dynamic AI environment.

Location: Based in Singapore office, hybrid model with three days per week in office. Not considering remote applications. Relocation support available where appropriate.

What you will do

  • Shape high-performing teams by designing structures, talent plans, succession approaches, and ways of working across APAC.
  • Advise senior leaders on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
  • Coach and develop managers through practical feedback and support in complex situations.
  • Drive scalable People programs like performance management, engagement, and talent planning tailored for APAC.
  • Navigate complexity across multiple APAC markets, balancing regional consistency with local nuances.
  • Lead organizational changes, reorganizations, and business evolution with empathy and pace.
  • Anticipate risks or opportunities, diagnose root causes, and deliver solutions quickly.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as HRBP in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple APAC markets and understanding cross-cultural, business, and employment frameworks.
  • Strategic partnering to guide leaders through ambiguity and influence decisions.
  • Strong coaching track record for developing leaders with candid feedback.
  • Comfortable with strategic advisory and hands-on execution.
  • Effective change leadership during uncertainty.
  • High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment with sensitive matters.
