What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage field testers across multiple European locations.
• Design and maintain a field-testing framework for network connectivity, SIM activation, and roaming.
• Define standardized test plans, cases, and reporting templates localized by market.
• Validate test results, identify gaps, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive defect resolution.
• Evaluate and introduce tools for test management and remote device monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating teams and ensuring alignment.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (Xray is a plus).
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of test design techniques.
• Good working knowledge of REST APIs.
• Willingness to travel
