What you will do

• Conduct risk-based audits across business units including trading operations, finance, compliance, and IT.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues.
• Analyze data for anomalies and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations and follow up on remediation.
• Assist in annual audit planning and conduct ad-hoc investigations.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and other departments to strengthen controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in internal/external audit or risk management in financial services.
• Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) completed or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); audit tools a plus.
