What you will do

• Develop and implement financial strategies, roadmaps, KPIs, and unit economic models.
• Forecast, optimize cash flow, and manage working capital to prevent gaps.
• Build detailed financial models, budgets, and conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare business for investments (Seed, Series A), create pitch decks, handle due diligence, and communicate with investors.
• Set up management accounting systems and provide actionable insights from key metrics.
• Optimize financial processes with automation tools and best practices.
• Coordinate high-level tax and legal advisory with external CPAs and attorneys for US tax structure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Financial Consultant, CFO, or similar (5+ years)
• Professional English at C1 level
• Strong knowledge of US business and financial environment
• Expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-technical founders
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, etc.)
• Proactive mindset for turbulent environments
