TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Manage supplier customer portfolio in public procurement platform, supporting tender discovery, response, and winning with an accent on proactive value-driven partnerships. Focus on driving product adoption, resolving issues, strengthening relationships, and enabling growth.

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia. Must be already based in Estonia or have existing work authorization for Estonia. No relocation support.

What you will do

  • Manage defined customer portfolio including high-value strategic accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as strategic advisor for key stakeholders.
  • Own and resolve customer issues via HubSpot, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Drive product adoption and communicate customer value.
  • Contribute to renewal readiness by addressing risks ahead of cycles.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing on renewals, expansion, and feedback.
  • Act as Voice of the Customer for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Latvian and/or Lithuanian and communicate comfortably in English.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing SaaS B2B role.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts focusing on value and retention.
  • Data-driven with experience in ticketing systems, CRM, and Customer Success tools.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and customer lifecycle management.
