AI & ML Engineer

What you will do

• Lead design and implementation of AI-powered products, focusing on Agentic systems.
• Develop evaluations and success metrics using cutting-edge AI platforms for LLMs.
• Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align AI with business needs.
• Mentor and coach junior AI engineers, promoting knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BSc/Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, PyTorch).
• Proven experience with AWS and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Solid understanding of AI model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation.
• Strong communication skills in English to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, RAG, and multi-agent AI architectures.
• Strong data intuition for inspecting logs, designing metrics, and identifying regressions.
• Hands-on MLOps experience with reproducible pipelines, automated evaluations, feature stores, and CI/CD for models.
