What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with IT, Finance, and Office teams.
• Manage employment contracts, addendums, and HR policies in accordance with Portuguese labor law.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll and oversee absence, sick leave, and parental leave management.
• Administer employee benefits, liaise with vendors, and organize internal team-building events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations and Payroll, ideally within a tech scale-up.
• Native proficiency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a transversal HR role within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and a deep understanding of Portuguese labor law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an empathetic approach to assisting diverse profiles.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Dutch.
