Accounting Associate (Finance)

TL;DR

Accounting Associate (Finance): Processing and recording daily financial transactions with an accent on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operational reporting. Focus on maintaining strong financial controls, managing banking activities, and ensuring accuracy in record keeping.

Location: Hybrid (China) - 2 days in the office and 1 day remote

Salary: CN¥ 6,400–8,000 per month (pro rata for 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Perform finance operations including AP, AR, debt collection, cash allocation, and expenses
• Handle operational reporting and communication regarding supplier accounts and aged debt
• Manage banking activities and set up payments for approval
• Maintain and implement operational finance systems, processes, and record keeping
• Ensure strong internal controls to prevent fraud or misstatement

Requirements

• Experience in Operational Finance
• Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage own workload with excellent time management
• Clear and logical communication skills
