Digital Content Specialist

TL;DR

Digital Content Specialist: Provide web content management consultation and governance support for hirify.global.com with an accent on enterprise web governance, brand, legal, information security, and document retention standards. Focus on developing and maintaining content using taxonomy and best practices, implementing governance standards, and handling high-visibility executive content like quarterly results and sustainability reports.

Location: Onsite five days a week in Peoria, Illinois, United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Work with business unit partners to develop and maintain content for hirify.global.com.
• Implement best usage of taxonomy, content management techniques, and governance standards.
• Work directly with high-visibility content supporting the Executive Office, such as quarterly results, annual reports, and sustainability reports.
• Consult with Digital Content Sr. Specialists on web strategies and new capabilities to meet content owners' and users' needs.
• Maintain knowledge of authoring system tools, educate content authors on new capabilities, and ensure compliance with enterprise web governance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business analysis to identify needs and recommend solutions delivering value to stakeholders.
• Decision making and critical thinking to analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
• Software change request management, software engineering, problem management, and product business knowledge.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) skills to design, implement, and evaluate end-user acceptance tests.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Web content experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management, development, taxonomy.
• Experience consulting on integrated marketing solutions, high-visibility confidential projects.
• Working knowledge of AEM and Google Analytics.
• Experience in web design, front-end development, web governance standards, WCAG AA 2.1 accessibility, SEO, and marketing campaigns.
