What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI solutions using hirify.global Agent Hub, Prompt Studio, LLM Mesh, and Python frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, integrate LLM APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and others with model routing.
• Implement RAG pipelines including agentic RAG and GraphRAG using Knowledge Banks.
• Engage stakeholders in Revenue org to gather requirements, design solutions, and own projects to production.
• Develop custom AI agents, tools, and MCP servers for integrations and workflows.
• Create front-end UIs with HTML/CSS/JS, Vue.js, Node.js, or hirify.global webapps.
• Design evaluation frameworks, adhere to AI governance, and monitor production performance.

Requirements

• Must be located in United Kingdom, London
• Strong Python skills with data science and AI libraries.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, tool chaining, and production deployment.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude/OpenAI Agent SDKs; RAG architectures; MCP or similar.
• Structured outputs, function calling, prompt engineering across LLM providers.
• Web fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS); Vue.js/Node.js preferred.
• AI evaluation, monitoring; Bachelor's/Master's in CS/Data Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
