What you will do

• Improve Payments products by leveraging Open Banking Account Information Services (AIS).
• Own work end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring measurable impact for customers.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant systems.
• Collaborate with the team to raise the technical bar through clean design and maintainable architecture.
• Use data to reduce friction and unlock smarter payment capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining Python (Django) and/or Ruby on Rails applications in production.
• Ability to build modern frontend applications using JavaScript (React).
• Strong understanding of backend technologies, including PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+), CSS (grid, flexbox), and modern browser patterns.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web components.
• Experience with BigQuery, Prometheus, or Google Cloud.
