What you will do

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models specifically for text and voice analysis.
• Build and evolve ML pipelines that support continuous experimentation and improvement.
• Analyze and model time-dependent data such as voice signals, sessions, and event sequences.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL processes, data quality, and versioning.
• Influence the overall technical direction of modeling approaches and mentor other engineers.
• Translate product requirements into effective, scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Applied Machine Learning.
• Proven track record of building and owning production-ready ML models.
• Experience working with text, speech, or other unstructured data.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of time-series or sequential modeling techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with streaming or near-real-time data processing.
• Exposure to data frameworks like Spark or Kafka.
• Specific experience working with audio or voice data.
