What you will do

• Lead the Information Security team, reporting to Head of Security.
• Develop and implement information and cyber security strategy, governance, processes, methods, and tools.
• Manage risk, IT-incidents, compliance, and audits.
• Represent Naval Security in forums like hirify.global global Cyber Security Council and Naval Security Management Team.
• Collaborate with business units, international operations, and other hirify.global areas.
• Liaise extensively internally and externally in an international context.

Requirements

• Extended experience in information and IT security, working with classified information governance, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active leadership skills to lead team towards goals.
• Socially skilled, builds relationships internally and externally, comfortable making decisions with high integrity.
• Stays informed on legislation and requirements in information security.
• Pass security vetting based on regulations; citizenship obligations may apply for security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience from government authorities or global companies, understanding security protection act and business processes.
• Documented leadership/management experience.
• CMMC, DEFSTAN, NIST-800 or equivalent frameworks.
• CISM and/or CISSP certified or equivalent.
