What you will do

• Lead security for IT modernization and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with SOC partners to monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments.
• Act as the technical escalation point for high-priority security incidents, coordinating containment and recovery.
• Administer and operate security tooling, specifically Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Entra.
• Design and manage Zero Trust controls utilizing Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and identity governance.
• Maintain security policies aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Entra, and vulnerability management tools.
• Experience working with outsourced IT services and SOC partners.
• Relevant education in IT, cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft security certifications.
